What happens, and when.

A real reply from the Office of the President, naming the partner who will pick up the conversation. No autoresponder, no "someone will be in touch".

A first conversation, 30–45 minutes.
Direct with the partner. We listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether the work fits our practice. If it does not, we say so and where to look instead.

A written response, within a week.
If the work fits, you get back a written read of the engagement — scope, sequencing, timeline, indicative envelope. The document that becomes the starting point of the diagnostic.
